The Pareusi classic (wenge)

This beautiful classic has a 20cm blade, created from 1095 high carbon steel that has been sourced from the smouldering foundries of sheffield. The elegant looking handle has been shaped by hand from individiuly selected pieces of African wengewood  which are then held together with polished brass pins and finished using beeswax from the beehives across the road from our workshop.
 
This is a great all rounder for the vast majority of jobs within the kitchen.
