these steak knives are all made from 1095 high carbon steel, sourced from the smouldering foundries of Sheffield. The handles are shaped by hand and are made with a beautiful African wood called wenge, we chose this because it has the most beautiful rich and chocolatey contrasts that work in harmony with their polished copper pins.
